| 職位描述： | 崗位職責(zé)：
參與重要項(xiàng)目的前期報(bào)價(jià)評(píng)估及售前技術(shù)服務(wù)； 負(fù)責(zé)解決項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中的各類(lèi)技術(shù)問(wèn)題； 制定各類(lèi)技術(shù)規(guī)范； 負(fù)責(zé)新技術(shù)的引進(jìn)和開(kāi)發(fā)； 管理創(chuàng)新優(yōu)化的立項(xiàng)； Layout審核； 培訓(xùn)課題分享； 負(fù)責(zé)指定的重大項(xiàng)目； 完成上級(jí)臨時(shí)交辦的其他工作； 負(fù)責(zé)公司技術(shù)管理人才培養(yǎng)和專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)； 協(xié)助做好對(duì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中，產(chǎn)品技術(shù)異議和問(wèn)題的解決。 職位要求： 本科，機(jī)械方面相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)； 在注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)方面有5年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 熟悉模具制造工藝，包括加工，電火花加工，熱處理和表面處理等工藝； 熟悉模具裝配和模具調(diào)試過(guò)程； 熟悉注塑機(jī)、塑料材料特性； 熟練產(chǎn)品的幾何尺寸和公差； 熟練測(cè)量方法和檢測(cè)設(shè)備（OGP的，CMM）； 了解TS16949及ISO9001等體系方面知識(shí)； 良好溝通能力；豁達(dá)，抗逆性時(shí)間管理能力； 較強(qiáng)的管理能力和執(zhí)行力。 Responsibilities： § Participate in the important items in the pre-offer evaluation and pre-sales technical services; § Responsible for solving various technical problems in the project development process; Development of various types of technical specifications; § Responsible for the introduction of new technology and development; Optimization of project management innovation; § Layout audit; § Sharing of training topics; § Responsible for specific major projects; § Completion of their superiors as other duties assigned; § Responsible for the construction of the technical management personnel training and professional technical team; § To help make the production process, product technical objections and problems to solve. Qualifications/Experience/Skills： § Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or equivalent § Over 5 years experience in injection mold design § Familiar with mold fabrication process, including machining, EDM, heat treatment and surface treatment § Familiar with mold assembly and conditioning process § Familiar with plastic characteristic, molding machine § Skilled in Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing § Skilled in measurement method and inspection machines (OGP, CMM) § Familiar with TS16949 and ISO9001 § Good interpersonal and communication skills § Open-minded, Stress resistant & Time management abilities § Strong in execution and program/people management skills |
